Our Process in Sessions

Somatics

We can collaborate to develop a personalized "tool belt" of skills for you to ground yourself in the moment, notice your emotions with compassion, and tend to your physical self.

Connection

As we identify where disconnection comes up in your life—both within yourself and with others in your life—we can refine skills to communicate what you're feeling.

Reprocessing

When you feel ready, we can create a plan to reprocess old wounds so you’re able to move towards your goals with a new sense of safety, clarity, and connection.

Growth

Throughout our work, we’ll reflect on your strengths and the changes you’re achieving as you use your “tool belt” of skills in your life and relationships. Growth will invite us to explore new goals.
